My name is David McMurray, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working toward meaningful change.
Life can be overwhelming at times, and I believe no one should have to face those challenges alone. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect, and I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we work to better understand thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools to manage stress and navigate life’s difficulties.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to walk alongside clients as they explore challenges, build coping skills, and move toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my dog, going on walks, listening to music, and connecting with friends. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and meaningful connection in everyday life.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you work through life’s challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
