I specialize in working through generational trauma. With over four years of dedicated experience working with the Hispanic community—and a deep, personal understanding as the child of Mexican immigrants—I specialize in helping women navigate and heal from generational trauma. While my background includes supporting children and teens facing depression and anxiety, my true passion lies in guiding Hispanic women to step out of the traditional roles that often limit their sense of self. Together, we’ll work on redefining what it means to be a mother, a wife, and a whole person—one who engages in life with purpose, joy, and authenticity. This is a space where you can unlearn the patterns that no longer serve you and begin living in alignment with who you truly are.

I understand how challenging it can be to unlearn patterns that have been normalized over generations. My approach is both compassionate and direct—I will gently challenge you while always respecting your readiness and pace. Additionally, I offer therapy services in Spanish, which can help foster deeper connection, trust, and cultural understanding throughout the therapeutic process.

I offer a 15 minute free consultation if there are any further questions you may have.
