Grappling with uncertainty or a specific challenge—whether it’s career-related, personal development, or managing relationships? Therapy can help with guidance, actionable advice, or tools to help make better decisions. As a therapist we focus on developing goals rooted in a desire for improvement, whether that’s greater success in work, more confidence in personal life, or more clarity in long-term visions. Therapy can help search for solutions that make sense, that help navigate the complexities of different situations, and lead towards a version of success that feels authentic.

As a therapist, I’d offer a blend of evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. My specialty lies in helping individuals, children and adults, navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and the complexities of adjusting to new environments, particularly for immigrant and refugee populations.

We’d work together to build coping strategies, improve daily functioning, promote emotional regulation, and tailoring approaches to each individual’s strengths and needs. Overall, my approach is holistic, empathetic, adaptable, and I emphasize creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and work toward their personal goals.
