Trauma-informed care is at the heart of my work. I believe every person deserves to be met with warmth, empathy, and genuine compassion. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space within our practice where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued — and where healing can begin at your own pace.

I bring more than 20 years of experience working with trauma survivors, predominantly children. My background also includes supporting individuals and families navigating long-term and terminal illness, domestic violence, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I understand the courage it takes to seek support, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients during some of life’s most challenging moments.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strength-based modalities. Together, we work collaboratively to identify your inner resources, establish meaningful goals, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy is a partnership grounded in safety, trust, and respect.

In today’s often overwhelming world, I strive to offer a steady, compassionate presence. I welcome individuals from all walks of life and am proud to provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. I also support clients in learning to set healthy boundaries through an assertive yet compassionate approach.

My hope is that every person who meets with me feels supported, empowered, and at home within our therapeutic space.
