Abigail Egger provides compassionate, collaborative therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, anger, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. With experience supporting adolescents, individuals impacted by the justice system, and people working through difficult or traumatic experiences, Abigail understands that the challenges we face are often shaped by many different parts of our lives.
Abigail recognizes how exhausting it can be to feel overwhelmed by anxiety, painful past experiences, low self-esteem, uncertainty, or difficult emotions. She strives to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can talk openly about what they are experiencing, better understand themselves, and begin building the confidence and skills needed to move forward.
Her approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, honesty, and collaboration. Abigail believes that every client brings their own experiences, strengths, relationships, and perspective into therapy, and she tailors her work to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
For clients experiencing anxiety or depression, Abigail helps explore the emotions, thoughts, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to distress while developing practical coping strategies for everyday life. She also supports clients working through anger, low self-confidence, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and significant changes or transitions.
Abigail has experience working with adolescents and individuals affected by the justice system, giving her an understanding of the complex personal, relational, and environmental factors that can influence mental health. She approaches these experiences without judgment and works to help clients recognize that their past does not have to define what comes next.
Her work considers the broader influences of family, culture, relationships, and community. Abigail understands that mental health does not exist in isolation and that our surroundings, identities, relationships, and past experiences can all shape how we understand ourselves and respond to challenges.
Throughout therapy, Abigail helps clients identify their strengths, better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and build greater resilience. Her goal is to help clients find their voice, reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been lost or overlooked, and feel more confident navigating difficult situations.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-doubt, adolescence, or a major life transition, Abigail offers a supportive space to explore what you are experiencing and work toward changes that feel meaningful to you. She believes therapy can help people move beyond simply coping and toward a greater sense of confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
