Skyler Lugo is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work who provides compassionate, person-centered therapy for children, teens, and young adults. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life’s challenges with confidence.

Skyler specializes in helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and relational conflicts, and emotional regulation. Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based and grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating directness, empowerment, and a touch of humor to make sessions feel approachable, authentic, and focused on meaningful progress.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration, Skyler works alongside clients and families to build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and strengthen resilience. She is passionate about supporting young people as they develop the tools they need not only to manage current struggles, but to thrive long-term. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, Skyler helps clients move forward with greater confidence, emotional insight, and a clearer sense of self.
